Batavia City Hall Restricts Public Access Due To Tier 3 Move

BATAVIA, IL – Due to Tier 3 restrictions in place starting Friday, Batavia City Hall will be restricting access at some facilities until further notice.

Starting Friday, there will be no public access to the Utility Billing Department. A box to receive payments is located in the police department lobby. Another payment box is located in the parking lot west of City Hall and a third on the east side at 433 E Wilson Street.

There will be no public access to the Community Development Department as well. Instead, a box will be located in the police department lobby to accept documents and payments.

All other area of City Hall, with the exception of the police department, are closed to the public.

City Hall is still available to assist via phone or email from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
