City Of Batavia Launches New Electronic Utility Payment System
Batavia residents who make electronic utility payments must set up a new account, the city announced.
BATAVIA, IL — The City of Batavia on Tuesday made the switch to a new electronic utility payment system.
The city partnered with Paymentus Corporation to launch its new system, which allows users to see current and past bills and make payments using one system.
The system can also send email and text alerts to users to remind them to make payments on time.

In a news release, the city said users will have to do a one-time setup with Paymentus Corporation to begin using the new system. The city discontinued using Payment Service Network on Tuesday.
Paymentus Corporation account instructions, along with other bill-pay information, is available online.
