Early Voting Underway In Batavia For 2021 Election

BATAVIA, IL — Early voting for the April 6 election is now underway in Kane County, with the clerk’s offices in Aurora and Geneva serving as polling locations. Batavia voters can cast their ballots early at either office through April 5.

Additional locations are set to open next week, including one at Batavia City Hall, according to Kane County Clerk John Cunningham.

The city hall site will open March 22 for early voting, with a mobile unit also set to be available to Batavia voters, Cunningham recently announced.

The mobile unit is scheduled to be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 22-23 at Jewel-Osco, 119 S. Randall Road.

Four other mobile units will open in the area over the coming weeks:

  • Jewel-Osco — 1952 W. Galena Boulevard, Aurora — March 22-24
  • Prisco Community Center — 150 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora — March 25-26
  • Phillips Park Stover Center — 1000 Ray Moses Dr., Aurora — March 29-30
  • North Aurora Police Department — 200 S. Lincolnway St., North Aurora — March 31
