Enter Batavia Park District's Holiday House Decorating Contest

BATAVIA, IL --- So, you've untangled all the strings of lights, checked the bulbs, and trimmed the tree. Now it's time to make sure your holiday decorations get the recognition they deserve by entering in Batavia Park District's Holiday House Decorating Contest. It costs just $5 to enter the contest and the deadline to register is Dec. 4.

Judges will pick winners in each category on Dec. 5. The categories are most original, best theme, and best use of lights. Homes can also win the people's choice category, which will be voted on by Facebook users.

Facebook users can vote on the people's choice category between Dec. 6 and Dec. 13 on the Batavia Park District's Facebook page.

To enter, you must be a resident of the Batavia Park District.
