This Giving Tuesday, December 1, 2020, Batavia United Way is partnering with Schaefer Greenhouses, Inc., The Tea Tree Batavia, and UBS Financial of Oakbrook Terrace to send Batavia senior citizens some holiday cheer. Each donation of $25 will secure a poinsettia, a cup of tea, and a McDonald’s gift card to a needy senior to brighten their day. This pandemic has been difficult and isolating to so many people, especially our elderly neighbors. Please consider donating to help show our love at a time when we are unable to be physically present to do so. A special thanks to our friends at Batavia RSVP who will be assisting with deliveries. Donations can be made on our website at www.bataviaunitedway.org or by sending a check to PO Box 372 Batavia, IL 60510.
