Help Your Daughter Hang on to Her Positive Self-Image

The average girl’s self-confidence peaks at age nine. This startling statement is the result of a study on children and self-esteem commissioned by the American Association of University Women and reported in the New York Times. Boys' self esteem drops during teen years as well, but far ahead of girls'. The messages girls and women receive every day through marketing, television programs, and social media lead them us to the conclusion that this is where our real identity and value lie; and, it’s becoming harder to know what to believe. More than ever, it’s important to be equipped with the truth! Leah Tatina is here to help. She designed the Made Matchless curriculum as a class for elementary students, but is now offering the same teachings in a one-day workshop for moms and daughters.

The Made Matchless Experience is an engaging, exciting event exclusively for girls in Grades 1 to 5 and their moms (or grandmother, aunt, or caretaker). It’s an event aimed at helping girls and women embrace who God created them to be for unique work in His kingdom!

At the Made Matchless Experience, you and your special girl will learn nine “I Am Statements” that every girl and woman should know, based on God’s Word. You’ll spend time together in fun, engaging activities and crafts that reinforce these truths. You and your special girl will not only learn important truths during large group times, but you’ll also get the chance to bond during one-on-one breakout sessions. And you’ll both love the special session for just girls and just women: while girls have their own discussion time and fun activity, the women will discuss what it looks like to model these truths to our girls and truly embrace them for ourselves. We’ll talk about how to help our daughters not only face the world, but impact it through confidence in Christ.

The event will wrap up with some inspiring calls to action, giveaways, and prayer; plus time in the mother-daughter photo booth! We are confident that God will take this event and do the impossible. He’s going to change hearts, change minds, and equip us with the confidence we need to impact His kingdom for generations to come! Please join us for this inspiring event.
