Insufficient Evidence for Man Accused of Abusing 3-Year-Old on Plane
Federal prosecutors in Utah are moving to dismiss charges against a Geneva man accused of sexually abusing boy during a flight.

Charges against 48-year-old Geneva resident Kevin C. Matthews are expected to be dismissed due to insufficient evidence, the Chicago Tribune is reporting.
“Melodie Rydalch, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Utah, said dismissing the charge of abusive sexual contact was the right thing to do,” The Chicago Tribune reported. “Defense attorney Susanne Gustin declined comment Friday.”
The flight in question took place on March 23. The man posted bond in March and reported for a preliminary hearing on April 15.
