Revenge Porn Charges Filed Against DeKalb Woman By Batavia Police

BATAVIA, IL — A DeKalb woman is facing felony charges after Batavia police alleged she posted revenge porn online in February 2019, according to a report by the Kane County Chronicle.

Brandy Lukacs, 24, was arrested last week and charged with two counts of disseminating nonconsensual sexual images, Kane County court records show.

A grand jury indicted Lukacs on those two charges in May 2019, and a warrant for her arrest was then issued, the Chronicle reports. Lukacs lived in Aurora when charges were filed against her, the report states.

Lukacs was released from the Kane County jail after posting $10,000 bond, court records show. She is due to next appear in court Nov. 10.
