Betty is a 3 year old lab mix. She's just 42lbs and HW negative! She is smart and has tons of playful energy. She'll make a great family pet!E-mail erin.safehavendogs@gmail.com

Bonnie & Clovis - two adult sisters who are about 2 years old. They weigh 47 and 40lbs. Both girls are sweet and loving. They will thrive in a home environment! Bonnie is the mom of Lilo & Stitch. We don't want to leave any part of this family behind! Both girls are heartworm negative.

LILO and stitch are 6 weeks old and cute as can be! They need to be fostered together

Faith - Look at this beautiful mama! Faith is a five year old Great Pyrenees. She was used for breeding and then dumped at the shelter. She weighs 68lbs, but is about 20lbs under weight. Faith is heartworm positive. She will need a foster for 2 months while she is treated. Heartworm is NOT contagious to your dogs.Faith is a little shy a first but is already learning to love the gentle touch of humans. Can you show Faith that humans can be kind and loving?

Doris – Female Yellow Lab/Shepherd Mix about 2 years old and 50lbs. She was shy and unsure of "us humans" when she arrived at the shelter, but has decided that there are good people in the world and we aren't so bad after all. She has quickly become one of the shelter favorites. Her best day ever is when she is being petted and loved. This girl needs another dog in her life to give her confidence. She LOVES to play with Star, another dog at the shelter. However, when playtime is over this girl shakes in her kennel. It’s too loud and chaotic for her in the shelter. She’d love to find a home with people to give her love to! Unfortunately, she is heartworm positive and will need treatment that Safe Haven will provide. It is not contagious to the other dogs in your home as long as they are on heartworm preventative.

Felix and Fergie are great pyr mixes looking for foster homes. These Great Pyrenees puppies are about 5 months old and weigh 20-30lbs. They are under weight (it's just hard to tell with all their fluff) They are a little shy at first, but warm up quickly.

Sonny – 2 year old heeler mix. Sonny was brought to the shelter because he was barking at people… like dogs do. Sonny is a friendly boy with the silliest tongue – it sticks out the side of his mouth! He’s not missing any teeth, that’s just how his tongue comes out! It’s so cute and quirky! This boy is heartworm NEGATIVE! He is cute and spunky and gets along with everyone. If you’re ready to welcome this silly boy, let us know!

Diez – 2 year old cattle dog mix. Mr. Playful Personality could be Diez’s nick name! He loves to play with other dogs. He’s great with all people too. Diez can climb a four foot chain link fence, so will do best with a higher fence or someone to keep a close eye in this guy.

Laverne and Shirley are 12 week old lab hound mixes. They are sweet and social girls who need to start thier life out of the shelter These roomates would love to be fostered together. They are about 15lbs each.

Gunther- This Catahoula mix is about 6 months old. We don’t know how this gorgeous boy was found wandering the streets! He’s smart! He knows to sit when shown a treat. And this boy loves treats! At 6 months old he’s got plenty of puppy energy. He gets along with everyone!

JRock – This handsome hound is 3 years old and about 53lbs. He is wonderful with everyone! He coexists with other dogs just fine! The shelter volunteers say he’s very easy going. He loves everyone he meets! This good boy keeps a clean kennel. JRock is Heartworm positive, which means he'll need a foster home for approximately 2 months to go through treatment! . It is not contagious to the other dogs in your home as long as they are on heartworm preventative.

Koda- Mixed breed, almost one year old and 30lbs. Is Koda not the cutest little mix? He was picked up wandering the streets in Tennessee. Koda is a very happy boy! His tail is always wagging and he loves to roll to his back for his very favorite thing – belly rubs! Koda likes other dogs and all people!

Meet Mangus! He's a 35lbs heeler mix. He's a happy boy who gets along with dogs and people too! He is heartworm positive. He will need a place to stay while he is treated over the next two months.

Odetta is the last of her litter looking for a home. Look at Odetta's freckled snout! This girl is about 10 weeks old and weighs 12-14lbs. She's are a little nervous at the shelter and we'd love to get them into a warm and safe home.
