19th Ward Service Office Closes Temporarily Due To COVID Exposure
The 19th Ward Service Offices will be closed temporarily as staff awaits guidance from CDPH, but offices are reachable by phone and email.
CHICAGO (BEVERLY-MOUNT GREENWOOD) — The 19th Ward Service Offices will temporarily close to walk-ins. The office was notified of a recent contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19. The team will continue to be reachable by phone or email.
Residents can also visit our website for many of the most commonly requested city services at www.the19thward.com. If residents need to reach staff, please continue to contact the service officer by phone at 773-238-8766 or ward19@cityofchicago.org.
“We are consulting the Chicago Department of Public Health to advise them of this development and will adhere to whatever guidance on next steps,” the ward said in a written statement.
