2 Dry Cleaners Robbed In Beverly, Morgan Park

Chicago police said the suspect is armed and is robbing businesses in the middle of the afternoon.

CHICAGO — Two dry cleaners were robbed in the Beverly and Morgan Park neighborhoods. Both businesses were robbed in the middle of the day.

According to a 22nd District alert, the armed suspect demands money from the cash register. Robberies were reported in the 1400 block of West 103rd Street on Oct. 24. A week later, on Nov. 3, another dry cleaner in the 11100 block of South Western Avenue. Both robberies occurred around 2 p.m.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early twenties with a thin build. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.
