3 Men Found Shot in Morgan Park Early Sunday
All appeared to be wounded in the same shooting. One was shot on the throat.
CHICAGO, IL — Three people in Morgan Park greeted the new year with bullet wounds early Sunday. Police found a 19-year-old man at 3:46 a.m. in the 11200 block of South Longwood suffering from a gunshot wound in his back. Nearby, they found two more men in a vehicle at the intersection of Vincennes and Monterrey, with a 21-year old man shot in the throat and a 20-year-old man shot in the shoulder.
All three were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn for treatment. The man with the throat wound is in critical condition.
