Ald. O'Shea Serves Up Special Brew At Open Outcry For Road Home

Freedom isn't Free gear will be on sale June 30 benefitting veterans mental health program as Matt O'Shea bartends at Open Outcry.

CHICAGO — Allow former bartender Ald. Matt O’Shea to serve you a brew during the Freedom Isn’t Free happy hour at Open Outcry Brewing Company, .

O’Shea, who bartended at Reilly’s Daughter in his youth, will be joined by veterans John LaGiglia (US Army), Mike McAlinden (US Marine Corps) and Sidney Pennix (US Army) from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 30.

One dollar of every “Home of the Free” specialty brew sold at Open Outcry will be donated to Rush University Medical Center’s Road Home program, that provides free mental health services to veterans

Freedom Isn't Free T-shirts and yard signs will be available for pickup or purchase at Open Outcry during happy hour. Wednesday is also the last day of PTSD Awareness month.
