Beverly Among 7 Best Neighborhoods To Live In Chicago: Curbed
Curbed Chicago lauded the neighborhood as "a homeowner's dream."

CHICAGO (BEVERLY) — The Beverly neighborhood made Curbed Chicago's list of "Where to live in Chicago in 2020," which highlighted the benefits of living in the selected six city neighborhoods and one suburb that made the list.
"Beverly is a homeowner's dream, full of big yards and charming Carpenter Gothic homes," an intro to the article reads.
The Curbed team listed Beverly's "draw" as new parents flocking "to this idyllic neighborhood," listing neighbor Morgan Park as a similar neighborhood and the "don't miss" feature as The Original Rainbow Cone, which opened for the season on the same day the best neighborhoods list was released.
