COVID-19 Testing Available Saturday At Olivia’s Garden
19th Ward teams up with CLEAR Wellness Group COVID-19 testing for 19th Ward residents on Saturday, Dec. 19. Appointments required.
CHICAGO — Walk-up rapid and PCR nasal swab COVID-19 will be available this Saturday, Dec. 19 for 19th Ward residents only. Testing will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Olivia’s Garden, 10730 S. Western Ave.
Reservations are required for testing. Spots fill up fast, so make an appointment now. COVID-19 tests are being provided by the 19th Ward and CLEAR Wellness Group.
Bring your insurance card and driver's license or government-issued photo ID. Your insurance will be billed. HMO patients may be required to contact their primary care physician to receive a referral number. See below flyer for details. Results will be received via text or email in 48-72 hours.
