East Beverly Home Finds A Buyer In Less Than 2 Weeks

Curbed Chicago reports an arts and crafts home on 105th Street took little time to find a buyer.

CHICAGO, IL - An East Beverly arts and crafts home with stained glass windows was quick to get off the market. The 1915-built home at 1641 W. 105th St. was listed for just two weeks before the seller accepted an offer from the buyer, Curbed Chicago reports.

The home, located between Prospect Avenue and Drew Street, is "lovingly restored with each detail carefully chosen and custom crafted to honor the distinctive and unique character," according to its listing on Realtor.com.

It entered the market last month with a listing price of $375,000 and is now listed as having a contingent sale, according to Curbed. The deal has not completely closed yet.
