Final Movie in the Park for Summer 2013: Toy Story 3
Join Woody, Buzz, Rex, Hamm, Slinky and your neighbors and friends for Toy Story 3 at Kennedy Park.

Tonight's Movie in the Park at dusk is the summer's final outdoor film, and what better film to finish out the summer than the final film in a series that has enchanted children since 1995? Toy Story 3, a Pixar classic (and a tear-jerker for any teen going off to college), will be playing tonight around 7:45 at Kennedy Park, 114th Street and Western Avenue.
As Andy prepares to leave for college, Woody, Buzz and the gang embark on a journey of their own after they are accidentally donated to a local preschool. There they get acquainted with the toys of Sunnyside Daycare, make new friends and face new challenges, leading them to the adventure of a lifetime. Toy Story 3 was nominated for five and won two Academy Awards, including for Best Animated Feature. It also had the biggest opening day for an animated film in North America to date.
The forecast for tonight is chilly, so be sure to bring a blanket while you cuddle up and watch this heartwarming film about adventure, change and the true value of friendship.
