Free Haircuts Awarded To Man, Boy Who Had Best Grown-Out Hair
The Cutrone Barbershop in Chicago's Mount Greenwood neighborhood has announced the winners of their quarantine contest.
CHICAGO — Free haircuts will be given to two regulars of the Cutrone Barbershop on 111th Street in Mount Greenwood after they had the most creative grow-outs during the two-month period that the shop was closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The barbershop announced over the weekend that Bob Collins and Frankie Williams are the winners of their "no cut" contest that began in March.

Collins will get free haircuts from Cutrone for a full year as the adult winner of the contest, while as the junior winner Williams will get one free haircut.
