CHICAGO — Police said images of a man suspected of stealing a silver mountain bike and blue forks from a home near 110th and Pulaski in Mount Greenwood last month were captured on CTA cameras as he made his getaway from the neighborhood.
The man was captured on a CTA video while getting off the bus at 111th and Wentworth after police said he committed the residential burglary during the early morning hours of June 26. He was seen getting off the bus with the items taken in the burglary, according to police.
A description provided by police says the man is black, in his late 20s or early 30s, about 5'10" with a dark complexion, stocky build, four inch braids and a "possible jawline beard." He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, white T-shirt and black sweat pants labeled "Aeros" on the left thigh while captured by the camera.
