Mac Market Returns In June Featuring Produce, Unique Market Finds
The McAuley Mothers Club will host a farmers market on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month starting June 12 through September.
CHICAGO (MOUNT GREENWOOD) — The Mother McAuley Mothers Club wants everyone to eat their veggies and fruit. Starting Saturday, June 12, the mothers club will be holding a farmers market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month through September.
The Mac Market will be held in the school parking lot, 3737 W. 99th St. in Chicago’s Mount Greenwood neighborhood. Mac Market brings local vendors together who offer fresh fruit, vegetables, baked goods, honey, flowers and other unique market finds. More vendors are welcome. Email McAuleyMothersClub@gmail.com.
To ensure the health and safety of vendors, volunteers and shoppers, COVID-19 safety guidelines will be followed until further notice. Shoppers are asked to wear a face mask in the market area.
