Mt. Greenwood Home Prices Post Biggest Gain in 2013

Single-home prices in Mt. Greenwood posted the biggest gain in Chicago home prices, Crain’s Chicago Business reported.

Home prices rose in every Chicago zip code tracked by CoreLogic Case-Shiller, a data analytics company based in Irvine, CA, the first time that’s happened since 2006.

The 60655-zip code in Mt. Greenwood saw home prices rise 16.5 percent in 2013, followed by 60643 in Morgan Park, which posted a gain of 15.9 percent, according to Crain’s.
