Open Outcry Gets 2 New Tanks

CHICAGO - Even more beer will be flowing from the taps at the Open Outcry Brewing Company in Beverly-Morgan Park now that the brewery picked up two new pieces of heavy equipment.

Two new fermentation tanks were delivered to the Western Avenue brewery on March 21. They've already been placed in the back room of the brewery and are being used.

"These tanks will significantly increase our capacity and better allow us to keep pace with draught sales in the tap room," Open Outcry Owner John Brand said.
