Slots Still Open For COVID-19 Testing For 19th Ward Residents
19th Ward teams up with CLEAR Wellness Group COVID-19 testing for 19th Ward residents on Saturday, Jan. 30. Appointments required.
CHICAGO — There are still some slots available for walk-up PCR nasal swab COVID-19 testing available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Saturday, Jan. 30, for 19th Ward residents. Testing will take place at CrossWinds Church, 10835 S. Pulaski Road, Chicago. Appointments are required and may be made via the 19th Ward website.
Spots fill up fast, so make an appointment now. COVID-19 tests are being provided by the 19th Ward and CLEAR Wellness Group. Once your spot is reserved, you will be redirected to a short registration process.
Bring your insurance card and driver's license or government-issued photo ID. Your insurance will be billed. HMO patients may be required to contact their primary care physician to receive a referral number. The service is being provided by the 19th Ward Ald. Matt O'Shea's office. Results will be received via text or email in 48-72 hours.
