South Side Irish Parade Golf Outing Comes Home To Beverly
The annual "Halfway to Parade Day" fundraiser will move to the neighborhood with a September date at the Ridge Country Club.

CHICAGO - Organizers of the South Side Irish Parade "Halfway to Parade Day" golf outing fundraiser have moved the annual event to the neighborhood. The event six months ahead of the 2020 parade will be held on Monday, Sept. 16 at the Ridge Country Club in West Beverly. In previous years, the golf outing had been held at Gleneagles Country Club in Lemont.

“We are bringing the golf outing back into the neighborhood and are thrilled to host at Ridge Country Club allowing challenging play for golfers of all skill sets and opening the post parade event to non-golfers as we gear up for the 2020 South Side Irish Parade,” said Don Larisey, South Side Irish Parade committee member.
“The golf outing and party are crucial in helping us raise funds for next year’s parade to keep our celebration of family, community and Irish heritage marching down Western Avenue.”
