The Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce has announced that WinterFest Weekend will include a tree lighting and late night shopping at 5 p.m. Dec. 1; and a family day from 1 to 5 p.m. Dec. 2.
The family day will include children's activities, choirs, a trolley and an appearance by Santa.
