CHICAGO, IL - A classy, old Brownstone home on Pierce Ave. in Wicker Park hit the market for the first time in 40 years this week.
The nine-bedroom, five-bathroom Victorian mansion near Milwaukee Ave. is on sale for $2.2 million, according to Time Out Chicago. The three-story home was built in 1894.
