Burglaries Reported In Wicker Park, Noble Square

In each of the break-ins, a burglar forced their way in through a door or window, police said.

CHICAGO — Police have issued a community alert for residents in Wicker Park and Noble Square warning of burglaries. Three homes were burglarized between Feb. 27 and March 15, police said.

In each of the break-ins, a burglar forced their way into the home through a rear door or window and stole personal belongings, according to the community alert.

The burglaries occurred:

  • between 6:45 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Feb. 27 in the 1300 block of North Cleaver Street;
  • between 7:30 p.m. and 11:15 p.m. on March 2 in the 1200 block of North Cleaver Street;
  • at 3:31 p.m. on March 15 in the 1300 block of North Ashland Avenue.
