Logan Square Market Trends for October 2016

Logan Square home sales for the month of October decreased in volume by 9.2% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 16.9% from $455,981 to $379,000. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 52%, while the median sale price rose by 18.2% from $550,000 to $650,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 17.5%, while the median sale price rose by 0.8% from $362,250 to $365,000.
