Luxury Development Nears Completion on Armitage (PHOTOS)
The upscale condos in Bucktown are almost completely sold, with a few more finishing touches needed before they're move-in ready.
Just two spaces remain available in a luxury housing complex in the heart of Bucktown, and the development hasn’t even been completed yet.
The three buildings are located at 1900, 1902 and 1904 W. Armitage Ave., fittingly titled the Armitage Collection. Homes in the unfinished complex range between $470,000 and $770,000, with the latter sporting enormous bedrooms, kitchen and rooftop terrace.
Samantha Porter and Lynda Lipkin, the two @Properties angents handling the units, say they expect construction to be completed sometime between March and May. The two homes yet to be sold are the two more expensive units.

Located on the corner of Armitage and Wolcott, these three and four story buildings are a commanding presence in the Bucktown landscape. Sleek white exteriors with crisp lines are softened by natural Ipe wood elements. Outdoor spaces are woven in from front terraces to private roof decks. There are nine different open concept floor plans servicing several lifestyles. Interiors are the high-quality design expected from Halcyon with careful consideration to function and form. The Armitage Collection is just three blocks to the Metra and 90/94 junction.
