Man Sexually Assaults Girl On Blue Line Train

The girl was assaulted multiple times on the train between the Belmont and Division stations, police said.

CHICAGO — A girl was sexually assaulted Thursday morning on a Blue Line train on the city's Northwest Side, police said. The girl boarded the train just after 8 a.m. at the Belmont station, and an unknown man stood in front of her and touched her innappropriately multiple times, according to police.

The girl left the train at the Division station, and the man remained inside the train, police said.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 20s, with facial hair across his chin and jaw line. He wore a baseball cap, black jacket, sweatpants and white and black Nike shoes.
