New Ramen Restaurant Opens In Fulton Market
A new Ramen-San location opened its doors Wednesday on Green Street.
CHICAGO, IL — A new restaurant for noodle lovers has opened in Fulton Market. Ramen-San is now serving popular Japanese dishes at 219 Green Street. Headed by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, this is Ramen-San's second location — the noodle shop has been open in River North since 2014.
The Ramen-San Fulton Market menu offers new ramen dishes, including Spicy Yuzu with smoked chicken, a vegetarian Imperial Shio and a Japanese Katsu Curry ramen.
The new restaurant also offers Asahi beer, cocktails and a selection of Japanese whisky.

Ramen-San Fulton Market is open Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
