Retriever Mix Rescue Pup Up For Adoption In Bucktown

CHICAGO — A 10 month-old, 32-pound mixed breed retriever is up for adoption through the One Tail at a Time Dog Rescue center. Jersey is currently living in a foster home, but he's looking for a forever home. He's "handsome, smart, energetic and sweet," center staff said.

"After a having a broken leg as a young pup, he has a little catching up to do, but he is one smart cookie and ready to learn all that this world has to offer," staff posted on his profile page. "He would love a home with active people and another dog to romp around with."

Jersey is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested and microchipped. His adoption fee is $300.
