Scooter Thefts Reported In Bucktown, Noble Square

At least four scooters have been stolen over the past two weeks, police warned.

CHICAGO — Police are warning of scooter thefts on Chicago's North Side. At least four scooters were stolen between April 24 and April 29 in Bucktown and Noble Square, according to a community alert.

All scooters were parked when they were stolen, police said.

The thefts occurred:

  • in the 1400 block of North Noble Street on April 24 at 4:30 p.m.
  • in the 1400 block of North Bosworth Avenue on April 24 between 1:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.
  • in the 1400 block of North Greenview Avenue on April 24 or April 25 between 7 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.; and
  • in the 1600 block of North Wood Street from April 26 to April 29 between 9 a.m. and 8 a.m.
