CHICAGO — The adoption fee has been waved for a one-and-a-half-year old, 41-pound mixed breed dog named Toby. Up for adoption through the One Tail at a Time Dog Rescue center, Toby is currently living in a foster home, but he's looking for a forever home.

He's very smart and loves to cuddle, center staff said.

"Be sure to claim your space on the on bed or couch because if you don't Toby will take the whole thing!" staff posted on his profile page. "He loves to play with pretty much any toy and is super smart — he is great at puzzle toys, kong wobblers and anything that makes his brain work for his reward."
