Pit Bull Up For Adoption At Rescue Center: 'Sweet, Cuddly'

This loving, kind-hearted dog is up for adoption through the One Tail at a Time Dog Rescue center in the Bucktown area.

CHICAGO, IL — A 3-year-old, 70-pound Pit Bull Terrier is up for adoption through the One Tail at a Time Dog Rescue center. Boxy is currently living in a foster home, but she's looking for a forever home. She's "sweet and cuddly," but also loves relaxing on the couch all day, center staff said.

"She's great about being in her crate, is totally housebroken, and loves playing with other dogs," center staff posted on her profile. "Boxy may have had some less-than-great experiences with men in the past, so she still needs a little help learning that she doesn't have to be afraid of them sometimes."

You can apply to meet Boxy through the One Tail at a Time Dog Rescue, 2144 N. Wood.
