CHICAGO, IL — A Wicker Park home that was built in 1874 is currently the most expensive home listing in the neighborhood. Located in the neighborhood's historic district, the house underwent a large renovation in 2009, according to listing agents. Another 'cosmetic' renovation was just completed this year, agents said.
