BMO Harris Closing Buffalo Grove Customer Contact Center
There will be 450 BMO Harris employees making the move from the company's Buffalo Grove office to the Naperville location.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — BMO Harris Bank is moving a customer contact center in Buffalo Grove to its Naperville location and 450 employees will also be making the move, the Daily Herald reports. The Buffalo Grove operation opened in 1985 and the space at 700 E. Lake-Cook Road is expected to officially close in early or late May when the office's lease expires.
"We made a decision to move the vast majority of the functions to our Naperville facility, which we actually own," company spokesman Patrick O'Herlihy told the Daily Herald. "It lets us have our employees be in a more modern, open work space. Better collaboration among teams. They're all working under one roof. There's some positives there."
Most of the Buffalo Grove employees will be making the move to the BMO building on Warrenville Road in Naperville and the few that aren't are expected to take different jobs at other BMO offices, according to the article.
