Buffalo Grove Football Players Receive All-State Honors

Buffalo Grove High School was represented on the coaches' list following the spring campaign.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — Few people understand football players more than their coaches. That's why the honor of being named to the Illinois High School Football Coaches Association All-State Teams is a special one.

Football players from across the state of Illinois were recently voted to the list following a shortened spring campaign, which was preceded by a postponed fall season for 2020-2021.

The following local players were voted to the all-state teams by the IHSFCA:

  • Ayden Anderson (6-foot-4, 205 pounds), senior, WR/LB, Buffalo Grove High School, coached by Jeff Vlk

HONORABLE MENTION

  • Trystan Anderson (6-foot-4, 225 pounds), junior, DL/TE, Buffalo Grove High School, coached by Jeff Vlk
