Buffalo Grove Police Collect Donations At ‘Stuff the Squad' Event
Nearly 4,000 pounds of food and more than $600 in monetary donations were given back to the Buffalo Grove community.

The Police Department partnered with local grocery stores and schools in May for a Stuff the Squad’ food and donation drive that resulted in nearly 4,000 pounds of food and more than $600 in monetary donations which were in turn donated to food pantries that serve the Buffalo Grove community.

Local food pantries have been a valuable resource for residents as the coronavirus pandemic has led to strained household budgets for many. The department is pleased to be able to collect resources that help community members during times of need.
The department would like to extend its sincere appreciation to the following stores for being a collection site for this event:
