Buffalo Grove School Calendar 2017-18: First Day Of School, Vacations, Conferences

The first day of school in Buffalo Grove is August 16. Feel free to mark it on your calendar as one of the most dreaded days of the year for students and teachers — and feel free not to feel guilty about marking it as one of your favorites. The Township High School District 14 has released its 2017-2018 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

• 1/8: Start of Third Quarter
• 1/15: No School (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day)

February

• 2/2: No School for Students (Parent/Teacher Conferences, In-Service Day)
