Long Grove Apple Fest Continues Through Sunday

Long Grove’s annual Apple Fest runs through Sunday with a host of apple-related treats as well as entertainment planned during the three-day event.

Visitors can purchase assorted apple treats, such as caramel apples from Long Grove Confectionery, which shared a photo of the treats on its Facebook page. Apple Fest will also offer pony rides, kiddie rides, face painting and musical entertainment, according to the event website.

The fest runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 27-29 in downtown Long Grove, near Route 83 and Robert Parker Coffin Road.
