No Buffalo Grove Metra Service on July 4

Due to the Independence Day holiday, trains on the North Central line will not operate on July 4.

Metra riders wanting to get downtown from Buffalo Grove on July 4 will need to find alternate transportation.

According to Metra’s website, there will be no train service on the North Central Metra line on Thursday, July 4. Those needing to take the train can head to nearby Deerfield and hop on the Milwaukee District North line. Trains along that route will be operating on the Sunday/holiday schedule on July 4.
