Predeceased by his parents the late Calvin and Pauline Metz.
Jerry was proud of his status as a Green Beret and his military service was very important to him. He served as Captain in the Vietnam War with two tours of duty.
Service Wednesday 11 AM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road (One block north of Lake Cook Road) Buffalo Grove.
Interment Waldheim Cemetery in Forest Park.
