The Providence Group announces the release of home designs for its newest luxury townhome community, The Townes at Chastain in Sandy Springs.

Four home plans will be constructed in this gated, luxury community. The Ballard is a three-story townhome with 1,801 square feet. It features two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
