The Providence Group announces the release of home designs for its newest luxury townhome community, The Townes at Chastain in Sandy Springs.
Four home plans will be constructed in this gated, luxury community. The Ballard is a three-story townhome with 1,801 square feet. It features two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It also has a two-car garage. The main level has the option to have an open main level or a separate dining room.
The Seymour is a three-story townhome with 2,237 square feet and a beautiful, open main level. It has two bedrooms with an optional third bedroom or flex space. It features three-and-a-half bathrooms with large, walk-in closets. It also has a two-car garage.

Featuring three stories with 2,237 square feet, the Sinclair plan has two bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. It also includes a gourmet kitchen and a sunroom with access to an outdoor living space, as well as a two-car garage.
The fourth townhome plan is The Tyndale. With 2,199 square feet of living space, it offers three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. With an open main level option or a separate dining room, The Tyndale has a bedroom on the finished terrace level with a large walk-in closet and private bathroom.

All the available home designs offer a wide variety of exterior elevations designed to complement the community. They also include a finished terrace level with a bedroom and full bath or flex space and half bath. All of the garages feature rear entry
Each of these townhomes will be available in The Townes at Chastain and prices are anticipated to be between the $400,000s and $500,000s. The upscale, gated community will feature a neighborhood pool and homeowner’s association-maintained lawn care and landscaping.
