A service will be held Monday for Dennis M. Hoffman, 66.
He was the beloved husband of Bonnie; loving father of Matthew (Julia) Hoffman and Justin Hoffman; proud grandfather of Jordan and Ariel; cherished son of the late Ann and Matthew Hoffman; dear brother of Les (the late Sandy) Hoffman and Don (Holley) Hoffman; devoted son-in-law of Gladys (the late Nate) Kagan and brother-in-law of Ellyn (Harvey) Nudelman. He will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A service will begin at noon Nov. 25 at Congregation B'nai Jehoshua Beth Elohim, 1201 Lake-Cook Road, Deerfield. Interment will be in Shalom. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Congregation BJBE or Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter.
