Stevenson Dancers Compete for State Title
The IHSA state dance competition will be held this weekend.
BUFFALO GROVE, IL -- Suburban high school dance teams will be headed to state this weekend, and Stevenson dancers will be among the elite group competing for a state title. Stevenson High School placed first at last weekend's Class 3A sectional competition in Gurnee, according to the IHSA website. The win was the third year in a row Stevenson claimed a sectional championship, according to school officials.
The prelims will be held on Friday and finals will be Saturday. Live streaming will be available on the NFHS Network.
