Trash Rejected from Business Dumpster

FOUND PROPERTY
A citizen reported finding a cell phone at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 22 on Sandlewood Road near Canterbury Park. Officers contacted the owner who picked up the phone.
IDENTITY THEFT

A resident reported Sept. 18 that someone used their credit card to purchase an item that was scheduled to be shipped to Florida. The merchant was notified prior to any loss.
ILLEGAL DUMPING
A representative from a business on the 400 block of Half Day Road reported finding several boxes Sept. 23 inside their dumpster that did not belong to them. Officers contacted the owner who retrieved the items and was told he could not place garbage in business dumpsters.
