Lanes Closed On West Washington For Street Drainage Project

As part of Phase III West Washington Street Drainage Improvements, the following streets will experience intermittent daytime single-lane closures:

• University Avenue from Russell Street to McKinley Avenue
• Park Avenue from Russell Street to James Street
• Church Street from Russell Street to James Street
• Russell Street from Church Street to Hill Street
• Edwin Street from Church Street to Washington Street
• James Street from Church Street to Harriet Street
• Flora Drive from Flora Court to Elmwood Street

A minimum of one lane of thru traffic will be open at all times. Work will begin on Monday, December 16, and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the day on Friday, December 20, 2019.
