In recent weeks, a large for sale sign in Channahon sprouted up along U.S. Route 6 and the I-55 exit. The empty Ivo's Family Restaurant & Lounge next to the Speedway gas station is up for sale.

Nick Ferro and Keith Conroy of Coldwell Banker Commercial are the real estate agents for the property. According to a real estate listing at LoopNet, the property is for sale at $525,000.

The building includes 8,673-square-feet of retail space, the listing noted. The structure was built in 1945.
