5 Things to Do in Chicago Heights this Week

Coming up this week:

• The Chicago Heights City Council meets at 7 p.m. Monday.

• The Chicago Heights Public Library will host a family movie night from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday. Free popcorn will be served. For more information, call (708) 754-0323.

• Prairie State College will host a Green Speaker Series "The Story of the Monarch" at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Join, Dolly Foster, horticulturist and monarch enthusiast, for this one-hour presentation on monarch Butterflies. • A fourth ward neighborhood watch meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 330 Highland Dr. All Chicago Heights residents are welcome. Police will be present at this meeting. Be sure to bring a neighbor or friend.

• Check out the "Long Way Around" art exhibit at Union Street Gallery. Hours are noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, noon to 6 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 4p.m. Saturday.
